3. Service Plans and Billing
WeFleet offers various service plans as described on our website. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

WeFleet's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall WeFleet be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays or service failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
6. Vehicle Condition and Safety
You are responsible for maintaining your vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition. Our services do not replace the need for regular vehicle maintenance as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
WeFleet reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or if providing service would pose a risk to our personnel or others.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the WeFleet website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeFleet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
WeFleet reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer who violates these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service department.
10. Changes to Terms
WeFleet may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify customers of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
